Job Overview: Bella Systems Custom Closets is seeking a motivated, sales-driven Design Consultant who thrives on closing, building relationships, and delivering exceptional client experiences. As a Custom Closet Designer & Sales Consultant, you will lead in-home consultations, design tailored storage solutions, and guide homeowners through a consultative sales process from concept to close. You'll educate clients on materials, features, and long-term value while confidently earning their business. Duties: * Meet with homeowners during in-home consultations to assess storage needs, lifestyle, and design goals * Design customized closet solutions that balance organization, function, and aesthetics * Confidently present design layouts, finishes, hardware, and accessories * Educate clients on product quality, features, and long-term value * Deliver a relationship-focused, consultative sales experience that leads to closed projects * Manage follow-up communication and move clients efficiently through the decision process Qualifications: * A sales-first mindset with strong closing skills * Minimum 1 year of design experience , preferably using ClosetPro or similar software * Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail * Professional, polished, and comfortable working in clients' homes * Self-motivated, reliable, and accountable for results * Experience working with homeowners, designers, or builders is a plus Job Type: Full-time Pay: $55,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year Benefits: * Flexible schedule Work Location: On the road
