App-controlled, year-round color systems, custom roofline lights, landscape illumination -- we design, install, and maintain it all with zero hassle for the client. We're a fast-growing, locally owned company with a fun, high-energy team that actually enjoys coming to work. The Role Full-cycle inside sales -- you own the entire process from first call to closed deal. No bought leads, no territory caps, commissions. Daily Responsibilities * Make outbound calls to homeowners and local businesses (mix of warm leads + self-generated) * Book and run free in-home or virtual design consultations * Build custom proposals using our simple design software * Present solutions, handle objections, and close sales * Follow up relentlessly and build a strong pipeline * Work closely with our installation crews for flawless handoffs * Hit daily activity KPIs and monthly revenue goals Who Thrives Here * Energetic, confident phone communicator (cold calling is a big part of the job -- and the #1 way to make money) * Competitive, coachable, and motivated by big paychecks * Sales experience is great, but not required -- we'll train the right attitude * Background in home services, roofing, solar, landscaping, home automation, or holiday decorating is a huge plus * Must live in or relocate to the Sarasota/Bradenton area *Compensation & Benefits * Base salary $40,000 - $50,000 (based on experience) * Paid 4-6 week training period * Health insurance contribution * PTO + major holidays * Flexible hours in off-season * Team bonuses, spiffs, and company events * Clear growth path: Senior Rep -> Sales Manager -> Leadership Why You'll Love It People get genuinely excited when you call about lighting.
