Job Overview About the Role: This is not a remote position. District 56 Farmers Insurance in San Diego is hiring for our Insurance Sales Apprenticeship Program a full-time, paid training opportunity designed for individuals who are driven, entrepreneurial, and interested in building a long-term career in the insurance industry. As an apprentice, you'll work alongside a successful Farmers agent and receive structured mentorship, classroom training, and hands-on experience selling personal and commercial insurance. This is the first step in a defined career track that can lead to future agency leadership within the Farmers Insurance network. We are currently hiring across San Diego County, including: Chula Vista, La Jolla, Carlsbad, San Marcos, Valley Center, Poway, and Temecula.
