A 7-Eleven Sales Associate, often called a Store Crew member, is an entry- level position responsible for providing excellent customer service and maintaining the store's operations. Key duties include handling cash and fuel transactions, stocking shelves, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting with food service and food safety. The role requires a positive attitude, strong customer service skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: * Customer Service:.Greeting customers, providing assistance, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. * Cash Handling:.Processing sales transactions accurately, including cash, credit cards, and fuel purchases. * Stocking and Inventory:.Ensuring shelves are well-stocked, monitoring inventory levels, and assisting with product placement. * Store Cleanliness:.Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, including cleaning and sanitizing surfaces. * Food Service:.Preparing food items according to established guidelines and ensuring food safety standards are met. * Promoting Products:.Encouraging customers to participate in promotions and loyalty programs.
