The Opportunity This role is for the Charleston agent or broker ready to stop building someone else's brand. If you want real ownership, not another split arrangement, this is worth your attention. I am seeking a co-founder and managing partner to grow Town City Estates across the Lowcountry. This is a partnership, not an employee position. About Town City Estates Founded in 2020 with a proven, scalable model. * Expanded into three regions with 25% year-over-year revenue growth * Team production exceeding $8M annually with an average of 124% quota attainment * Prior to Town City, I helped build a top 1% U.S. real estate team with over $600M in closed transactions and $150M in personal production You are not starting from scratch. You are joining an established brand with functioning systems and a playbook that delivers results. Scope of Leadership * Lead day-to-day production across listings, buyers, investors, and referrals in Charleston * Refine and expand our high-touch, advisory-driven service model * Recruit and develop a small, high-performing team * Contribute local market expertise and relationships to shape long-term strategy Ideal Candidate Profile * Licensed South Carolina agent or broker, based in or relocating to Charleston * Minimum $10M in closed production with a demonstrated ability to generate business independently * Systems-oriented mindset focused on sustainable growth, not just transaction volume * Seeking genuine ownership and influence over how the business is built * Committed to long term growth Partnership Terms * Meaningful equity in Town City Estates with a defined path to ownership * Shared accountability for production, growth, and team development * In-person collaboration in Charleston, including dedicated office space on Isle of Palms How to Apply This is a high-performance partnership for the right individual.
