Job Description We are seeking a full-time, on-site Account Manager to manage and support existing customer accounts. This role is office-based and requires daily in- person attendance. The position focuses on customer communication, quotation follow-up, order coordination, and relationship maintenance. This role is well-suited for individuals who perform best in a structured, in- office environment with direct collaboration and hands-on management. Key Responsibilities * Manage assigned customer accounts and act as the primary point of contact * Follow up on RFQs, quotations, and open orders * Conduct frequent outbound phone calls and email communication with customers * Coordinate internally with operations, warehouse, and management teams * Track quotation status, customer requests, and order progress * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and activities * Support new customer inquiries as assigned Work Requirements (Important) * This position requires on-site work in the office five (5) days per week * Remote or hybrid work arrangements are not available for this role * Consistent daily attendance during standard business hours is required Required Qualifications * Experience in account management, sales support, customer service, or a related role * Comfortable with high-volume phone and email communication * Strong follow-up discipline and organizational skills * Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities * Proficient in basic office tools (Excel,Word, Powerpoint, email; CRM experience is a plus) Preferred Qualifications * Experience in B2B sales, distribution, manufacturing, or industrial products * Familiarity with quotations, pricing coordination, or order processing Performance Expectations * KPI-driven role with clear expectations for call activity, follow-ups, and responsiveness * Ability to work independently while adhering to established processes * Willingness to receive feedback and continuously improve performance Compensation * Base salary + performance-based commission * Commission structure and calculation details will be outlined in the Offer Letter Equal Opportunity Statement We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
