Summary 'We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Representative to join our team in the United States. Based in , this role is vital in expanding our solar energy solutions and fostering strong client relationships. Your efforts will directly support Tron Solar's mission to promote clean, sustainable energy across the country.' Responsibilities * Identify and develop new business opportunities within the renewable energy sector. * Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients through outbound and warm calling. * Conduct B2B sales presentations and negotiations to close deals. * Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to tailor solutions for client needs. * Manage customer relationships using CRM software like Salesforce. * Achieve sales targets by proactively engaging with prospects. * Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities. * Represent Tron Solar at industry events and networking opportunities. Qualifications * Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or related roles within the renewable energy or technology sectors. * Strong negotiation and communication skills. * Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software. * Ability to conduct outbound and warm calling effectively. * Fluency in English is required. * Self-motivated with a passion for sustainable energy solutions. * Prior experience in inside sales or telemarketing is a plus. * A proactive attitude towards achieving targets and expanding market presence.
