This is an entry-level, commission-based sales role focused on helping homeowners and residents find the best internet and entertainment packages to fit their needs. You'll receive full training, ongoing mentorship, and hands-on experience designed to help you succeed in both sales and customer relationship management. Frontier Communications Sales Representative Day-to-Day Responsibilities: * Engage directly with residential customers through face-to-face sales interactions to promote and sell Frontier Communications' products and services. * Educate customers on Frontier's internet, TV, and phone packages, emphasizing features, benefits, and cost savings. * Identify customer needs and match them with the right Frontier service plan. * Assist customers through the enrollment process and ensure smooth service activation. * Maintain accurate sales documentation and customer records in CRM tools. * Provide follow-up support to ensure satisfaction and long-term retention. * Meet and exceed personal and team sales goals. Frontier Communications Sales Representative Position Details: * Employment Type: Full Time, W-4 Paid Employee * Work Location: In-office position with travel to residential territories throughout Terre Haute and the surrounding communities. * Compensation: Commission-only position with tiered performance incentives based on sales metrics. The yearly average earnings for this role are between $50,000-$62,000 per year. * Position Overview: The Frontier Communications Sales Representative is a commission-only role that executes residential sales solutions on behalf of Frontier Communications to drive sales, increase new customer acquisition, and improve long-term account retention.
