Project Manager - Experiential Graphics & Environmental Design Are you a creative problem solver with a passion for turning ideas into powerful visual experiences? We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead commercial interior design and experiential graphics projects -- from concept to installation -- that inspire, inform, and elevate brands in workspaces, storefronts, and events. In this role, you'll collaborate with talented designers, fabricators, and clients to bring high-impact environmental graphics and signage to life. You'll manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring every detail -- from materials and color matching to installation -- meets the highest standards. What You 'll Do

• Manage and deliver multiple commercial interior and event signage projects from start to finish.
• Leading client engagement from both a project coordination and account management lense from initial discovery call, consultative collaboration, sales process, to final execution.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients -- building relationships, understanding their brand vision, and providing expert guidance on materials, design, and installation.
• Conduct precise site surveys, capturing measurements and specifications to inform design and production decisions.
• Coordinate design, production, and installation teams to ensure on-time, on-budget, and high-quality results.
• Use project management tools and systems (Microsoft 365, Teams, Trello, Print Smith, Plan Prophet CRM) to track progress and maintain transparency across teams.
• Provide accurate and timely estimates and proposals using internal estimating and CRM tools.
• Champion creative solutions that communicate clients' brands effectively across physical spaces and events.
• Continuously improve workflows and embrace ongoing training in management, leadership, and communication. What You 'll Bring
• 5+ years of experience managing projects in the signage or experiential graphics industry.
• Proven success overseeing the design, production, and installation of wide-format UV roll and flatbed prints, CNC, and laser-cut projects.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Strong knowledge of wide-format roll and rigid substrates and their applications.
• Exceptional time management and organizational skills -- able to handle multiple projects at once.
• A collaborative mindset and a passion for teamwork.
• Excellent communication skills -- both written and verbal.
