Key Responsibilities * Make outbound calls to prospective business clients, including warm leads and follow-up on inbound inquiries. * Promote and sell AI software solutions, business automation tools, and technology services to businesses. * Use CRM software (GHL, Salesforce, or similar) to manage call activity, client details, and pipeline progress. * Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients to support long-term business growth. * Understand client needs and tailor your pitch to maximize interest and conversion. * Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure outreach aligns with active campaigns. * Keep detailed records of calls, conversations, and follow-up tasks. * Meet and exceed weekly and monthly performance targets, including appointments set, qualified leads, and closed sales. Required Skills & Qualifications * Proven experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or B2B lead generation (technology or SaaS experience preferred). * Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with the ability to influence decision-makers. * Excellent verbal communication skills in English; confident, clear, and engaging phone presence. * Familiarity with CRM systems, outbound calling strategies, and general sales workflows. * Customer-focused mindset with the ability to uncover needs and position solutions effectively. * Resilience and professionalism when handling objections or rejection. * Strong organization and attention to detail when documenting interactions and managing follow-ups.
