Duties * Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service to meet their shopping needs. * Assist customers with product selection, answer questions, and offer personalized recommendations. * Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems for checkout processes, including cash handling and transaction accuracy. * Maintain merchandising standards by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring the sales floor is clean and inviting. * Upsell complementary products to maximize sales opportunities while enhancing customer satisfaction. * Manage inventory by stocking new merchandise, conducting stock counts, and assisting with inventory organization. * Demonstrate phone etiquette when handling inquiries or assisting customers over the phone. * Supervise or assist in supervising team members when needed, fostering a collaborative environment. Qualifications * Proven sales and customer service skills with experience in providing personalized assistance to customers * Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to build rapport with customers and team members. * Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage product displays and inventory. * Knowledge of retail and in store operations is a plus. * Proficiency in handling point of sale systems, Clover, and transactions. * Ability to stand for extended periods, lift merchandise as needed, and work flexible hours including weekends.
