Key Responsibilities: * Educate homeowners and businesses on the advantages of solar energy and initiate sales conversations. * Attend regular training sessions through our Fast Track program and the online university to stay current on solar industry trends, company products, and best practices. * Engage with customers to answer their questions, explain solutions, and drive excitement about solar energy. * Contribute to company goals by achieving sales targets and providing excellent customer service. * Participate in regular sales meetings and collaborate with the team to improve strategies and grow Sun Collectors' reach. Required Skills: * A valid driver 's license, reliable transportation and a passion for helping others. * Customer service or sales experience --you know how to connect with people and make them feel heard. * Strong communication skills --you're personable and can explain complex topics in simple terms. * Self-motivation --you're goal-driven, love challenges, and enjoy achieving targets. * Ability to work outdoors and stay energized while on your feet during the day. Preferred Qualifications: * Previous sales experience (preferably in energy or technology). * A basic understanding of the solar industry --but don't worry, we provide all the training you'll need!
