Duties * Engage in outside sales activities by visiting prospective clients and conducting product demonstrations to showcase our solutions' value. * Manage a designated territory by identifying new leads through cold calling, networking, and lead generation techniques. * Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients through effective account management and personalized customer service. * Conduct B2B sales negotiations to close deals that meet both client needs and company objectives. * Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track sales activities, manage customer data, and analyze sales trends for strategic planning. * Collaborate with marketing teams to implement targeted campaigns that support business development goals. * Present product demos, upsell additional features or services, and provide technical sales support to ensure customer satisfaction. Qualifications * Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technology sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. * Strong management skills with the ability to handle territory management and territory sales effectively. * Excellent negotiation skills paired with a customer-focused approach to build trust and loyalty. * Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for lead management and analysis. * Demonstrated ability in inside sales, cold calling, and direct sales techniques to generate new business opportunities. * Knowledge of marketing strategies and product demos that effectively communicate value propositions. * Strong analysis skills to interpret sales data, identify opportunities, and optimize performance.
