Job Summary: Level 3 Audiovisual is looking for a dedicated and experienced Customer Sales Account Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving sales and maintaining strong client relationships. Responsibilities: - Engage in market research to identify potential clients and market trends. - Manage customer accounts, track sales activities, and analyze data. - Conduct cold and warm calling to generate leads and build relationships with prospective clients. - Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to secure new business opportunities. - Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies for achieving sales targets. - Provide account management services to ensure client satisfaction and retention. - Communicate effectively with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders to align on project objectives. Skills: - Proven experience in sales, particularly in the Audiovisual technology sales industry. - Strong ability to analyze market trends and customer needs. - Proficiency in managing your pipeline in our CRM software. - Excellent communication skills for effective client interactions. - Ability to negotiate contracts and drive sales initiatives. - Experience in account management to foster long-term client relationships. - Familiarity with Audiovisual technical sales processes and terminology.
