Lawn Maintenance Sales and Account Manager Scott's Lawn Care (SLC) is looking for a highly qualified Account Manager to join our team at our Maple Plain location. We provide comprehensive services to businesses and residences in the metro area, including lawn and snow maintenance. As an Account Manager you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships between the company and customer, acting as the primary point of contact and advocate for these key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, retention, and growth. We have quality machines and fleet vehicles with an on-site mechanic to keep machines running well. Pay Range: $55,000 to $65,000 annually Responsibilities * Speak with residential and commercial customers regarding needs, concerns, and complaint resolution. * Work closely with office staff and Department Managers to ensure job completion. * Communicate with customers in person and over the phone. * Visiting customer sites on a regular basis to confirm job quality. * Upsell to new and current customers, while completing estimates and quoting. * Work in the field from time to time to assist with job completion. * Assist with snow removal in the winter months. Qualifications * Pass a background check. * Valid driver's license (No DWIs in the last three years), medically able to drive a commercial vehicle, possess a DOT Med Card (or SLC will pay to get you one). * Positive attitude, works well with others, and has leadership mentality. Be a self-starter that handles teamwork well. * Able to lift upwards of 50 pounds. Bend, lift, and stand for extended periods. * At least two years of previous experience in the green industry (at any level) or adjacent industry sales experience. * Have experience and be comfortable with computer use (Windows).
