Job Title: Sales Executive - Industrial Supply Company: Pioneer Industrial Sales Location: East Tennessee & Surrounding Areas Job Description Pioneer Industrial Sales is seeking an experienced Sales Executive to grow and manage an industrial sales territory. This role is ideal for a motivated, relationship-driven sales professional with experience in manufacturing and industrial environments. We win business by showing up, solving problems fast, and taking ownership when customers need us most. We sell service! Responsibilities * Develop and grow a sales territory through new account acquisition and account expansion * Build strong relationships with decision-makers in plants, factories, and facilities * Identify customer needs and deliver effective product and service solutions * Coordinate internally to ensure accuracy, speed, and service excellence * Manage pipeline activity using CRM tools Qualifications * 5+ years of B2B industrial sales experience * Established relationships in manufacturing or industrial environments * Strong prospecting and closing skills * Product knowledge across industrial supply categories (packaging, abrasives, adhesives, power transmission, MRO, PPE, fasteners, etc.) * Highly organized, self-directed, and accountable Compensation * Commission-based role with a first-year income floor while your territory is built. Total compensation is performance-driven and uncapped. Strong performers may build long-term earning power beyond the stated range. This position is best suited for individuals comfortable betting on their own performance and building long-term earning power.
