Position Title On-Site Sales & Community Representative (Part-Time or Full-Time) Role Description We are seeking a polished, personable On-Site Sales & Community Representative to serve as the first point of contact for buyers visiting Poplar Grove. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in face-to-face sales, enjoys building genuine relationships, and understands the importance of presentation and professionalism in a luxury environment. This position involves being physically present on site 4-5 days per week during office hours, welcoming visitors, capturing buyer traffic, conducting community tours, and showing available luxury listings. You will represent not only the homes, but the lifestyle and values of the community. This role may be part-time or full-time, depending on experience and availability. Key Responsibilities * Serve as the on-site representative at Poplar Grove during designated office hours * Greet and engage walk-in traffic and scheduled appointments * Provide guided tours of the Poplar Grove community and available luxury homes * Build rapport with prospective buyers and effectively communicate community features, amenities, and lifestyle * Capture and organize buyer information for follow-up and lead management * Coordinate with the brokerage team on listings, showings, and buyer activity * Maintain a professional, welcoming on-site presence at all times * Represent the firm and community with discretion, integrity, and excellent interpersonal skills Qualifications * Licensed South Carolina Real Estate Agent or willing to obtain licensure * Prior experience in sales, real estate, hospitality, or client-facing roles * Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills * Confident, warm, and professional demeanor with the ability to build trust quickly * Comfortable engaging new people and guiding conversations naturally * Able to work Saturdays and maintain a consistent weekly schedule * Self-motivated, dependable, and detail-oriented Professional Standards & Requirements * Must have reliable transportation appropriate for client tours, as buyers are often transported during community showings * Must present a polished, professional appearance consistent with a luxury brand * Must demonstrate high personal integrity, discretion, and strong character * Must align with a values-driven, respectful, service-focused work environment Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: From $50,000.00 per year Expected hours: 21 - 35 per week Benefits: * Professional development assistance Work Location: In person
