Seeking qualified and experienced salespeople to add to our sales team at Nelson Construction & Renovations to promote sales in our design, construction and custom cabinet divisions. Required Qualifications: - Sales experience and closing skills (must provide references from past sales positions); - A genuine desire to help others and to persist under challenging circumstances; - Ability to deal with all kinds of people and a variety of objections; - Excellent verbal and written communication skills; - Must have basic computer experience (Office, emails, etc.) - An interest in high end construction and design Experience in or knowledge of design and construction is preferred. Minimum lead generation is required on this position, as we have a steady flow of leads coming in every week. Hours are generally 8am-5pm, M-F, although you must be flexible to occasionally accommodate clients who may need to meet during evenings or weekends. Pay is a base salary + commissions. We provide a minimum of 8 paid days off per year and vision and dental benefits, as well as an upbeat work environment and in-house paid training.
