What You'll Do As an Experienced Retail Salesperson at Bloom Cannabis, you'll be the face of our brand. You'll use your skills to connect with customers, guide them to the perfect products, and deliver outstanding service that keeps them coming back. With at least 8-10 years of sales experience under your belt, especially in commission-driven environments, you know how to close deals, upsell, and exceed expectations.
