JOB SUMMARY The Conference Center Sales Coordinator is responsible for performing sales and marketing administrative duties and is responsible for renting conference center rooms and ceremony sites. This position supports the Sales Manager and General Manager. Essential Duties and Responsibilities * Answer telephone and respond to caller inquiries in a timely and professional manner * Perform conference center and ceremony site tours with potential clients * Generate leads through internet prospecting, networking, and telemarketing as directed by the Sales Manager * Prepare security deposit refund statements, wedding prospectus, and mail deposit refunds * Create and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports * Schedule is Friday to Tuesday 8:30am - 5:00pm * Other duties as assigned Qualifications * Minimum of two (2) years of experience in an administrative role * Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a sales role * Prior hospitality experience preferred * Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook CHM Hotels participates in E-Verify Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.00 - $22.80 per hour Benefits: * Dental insurance * Employee assistance program * Employee discount * Health insurance * Life insurance * Vision insurance Application Question(s): * Are you available to work Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday 8:30am to 5:00pm?
