Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Car Lot Sales Associate to join our automotive dealership team. This role involves engaging with customers, managing sales pipelines, and promoting our vehicle inventory to drive high- end sales. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong negotiation abilities, and experience in retail or automobile sales. Bilingual proficiency and familiarity with CRM software are highly valued to enhance customer interactions and streamline sales processes. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a vital role in building lasting customer relationships through exceptional service and effective upselling strategies. Responsibilities * Engage with walk-in customers and prospects to understand their vehicle needs and preferences * Conduct outbound calls, follow-ups, and cold calling to generate new leads and expand the sales pipeline * Present vehicle features, benefits, and financing options confidently to facilitate high-end sales * Negotiate deals effectively while maintaining customer satisfaction and dealership profitability * Manage inventory control and assist with inventory management tasks to ensure accurate vehicle listings * Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-up schedules * Support marketing initiatives by promoting dealership specials and events both in person and via phone or digital channels * Upsell additional products or services such as warranties or accessories to maximize sales opportunities * Maintain professional appearance and uphold excellent phone etiquette during all customer interactions * Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and dealership sales targets Experience * Prior experience in automobile sales, retail sales, or B2B sales is preferred * Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple prospects simultaneously * Proven success in outside sales, negotiation, and closing high-end deals * Familiarity with CRM software, inventory management systems, and retail math calculations * Excellent communication skills, including public speaking and bilingual capabilities (preferred) * Experience in outbound sales, cold calling, and customer service roles is advantageous * Knowledge of automotive industry standards, inventory control, marketing strategies, and dealership operations will be beneficial Join our team as a Car Lot Sales Associate to leverage your sales expertise in a fast-paced environment while providing exceptional service that drives customer satisfaction and dealership success.
