Ken's Gutters is hiring a Client Relationship Sales Representative to help grow and manage commercial client relationships nationwide. This role combines sales and relationship-building. You'll speak with property managers and commercial clients who are already interested in our services and help convert conversations into scheduled work and ongoing accounts. If you're a strong communicator with a customer service background who enjoys achieving goals and earning commission, this role is designed for you.

Compensation

& Growth

• Base Pay: $25 per hour
• Commission: Uncapped, performance-based
• Annual earning potential: Up to $120,000
• Clear growth path into senior sales or account management roles What You 'll Be Responsible For
• Selling commercial gutter cleaning and maintenance services
• Managing conversations with property managers and commercial contacts
• Turning warm leads into confirmed service agreements
• Building long-term client relationships through follow-up and service
• Meeting and exceeding individual sales targets
• Documenting activity and progress in company systems
