Event Sales Manager - Fantastic Opportunity!! - Georgetown, DC Hospitality & Events $50,000-$60,000 Base + Bonus + 2% Commission (75k-95k) A high-energy hospitality and events-driven concept in the Georgetown area is seeking an experienced Event Sales Manager to drive private event bookings, manage client relationships, and grow on-site event revenue. This role is ideal for a polished, outgoing sales professional who understands hospitality, thrives on relationship-building, and enjoys closing business in a fast-paced environment. About the Role The Event Sales Manager owns the full event sales cycle--from lead generation and client tours to contract execution and event coordination handoff. Success in this role comes from strong communication, follow-through, and the ability to balance sales activity with operational collaboration. What You'll Do * Generate and close private event and group sales business * Respond to inbound leads and proactively pursue outbound opportunities * Conduct site tours and present event packages professionally * Manage contracts, deposits, and event details through the sales process * Collaborate with operations teams to ensure smooth event execution * Track pipeline activity, bookings, and revenue performance * Build relationships with corporate, social, and local partners What You'll Bring * 2+ years of event sales, hospitality sales, or group sales experience * Background in restaurants, entertainment venues, hotels, or event spaces * Strong communication, presentation, and closing skills * Professional demeanor with excellent follow-through * Ability to manage multiple leads and deadlines simultaneously * Self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset Key Skills Event Sales Hospitality Sales Private Events Group Sales Client Relations Contract Management CRM Revenue Growth Communication Negotiation Compensation & Benefits $50,000 - $60,000 Performance-based bonus Commission: 2% on booked events Full-time (flexible hours based on events) Health, dental, vision PTO Growth opportunities Local or self-relocatable candidates preferred Must be authorized to work in the United States Sponsorship not available Apply Today!!
