Inside Sales Representative - Virginia Beach, VA SteelMaster Buildings, the leading supplier of steel buildings, is seeking recent college graduates with an interest in sales to join our team. The ideal Inside Sales Representative candidate will be an energetic and motivated individual who thrives to learn. In this role, you'll qualify assigned customer leads, work sales opportunities, and close building deals based on the customer's needs. Position Requirements * Identify and develop customer inquiries and ultimately close new customers. * Develop and manage a sales pipeline to meet or exceed goals. * Closely manage the sales process from qualifying to closing. * Ability to consistently meet/exceed sales quotas. * Strong communication skills, open to training, and desire to win. * Knowledge or experience in the construction or building materials industry is preferred but not required. * Must reside in South Hampton Roads, Virginia. What we 'll offer you: * Total compensation package of $50,000 - 120,000+ (uncapped) which includes a salary, commissions, and bonuses with no commission limits. * 6-month guarantee * 40-hour Monday thru Friday work week.
