Overview We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with product selections, and driving sales through effective communication and product knowledge. The ideal candidate will have a passion for retail and a strong ability to engage with customers while promoting our products. Responsibilities * Operate POS systems efficiently to process sales transactions accurately * Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers with product inquiries and recommendations * Upsell products and promote store promotions to enhance sales opportunities * Conduct product demos and educate customers on new or featured items * Maintain merchandising standards by organizing displays and ensuring products are well-stocked * Assist with stocking shelves, and Maintaining the stores cleanliness * Handle cash, credit card payments, and perform cash handling duties with accuracy * Ensure the Environment is clean, organized, and welcoming * Use phone etiquette to answer customer questions or direct calls professionally Skills * Proficiency with POS systems and cashiering procedures * Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively * Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and retail math calculations * Experience in retail sales, merchandising, stocking, and grocery store environments preferred but not needed * Ability to upsell products and perform product demos confidently * Bilingual abilities to serve diverse customer needs are highly desirable * Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills for engaging with customers both in-person and over the phone Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week Benefits: * Flexible schedule Shift availability: * Day Shift (Preferred) * Night Shift (Preferred) * Overnight Shift (Preferred) Work Location: In person
