Position Summary LinkW is seeking a highly driven and strategic Key Account (KA) Development Manager to join our newly restructured Business Development Group. This position will focus on identifying and developing new large-scale, high-value clients, developing sales strategies, and building long-term relationships with customers to drive revenue growth and expand the company's market share. Essential Responsibilities: * Prospecting, identifying, and securing new clients in need of 3PL services, including warehousing, fulfillment, and transportation. * Cold call as appropriate in the market and geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities. * Creating and executing sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets. * Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with clients, understanding their unique supply chain needs, and offering tailored solutions. * Staying informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities and refine business development strategies. * Working closely with internal team to develop and negotiate contract terms, pricing, and service agreements. * Working with operations and internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery * Other duties as assigned. Requirements * Bachelor's degree in marketing, supply chain management, logistics or relevant fields. * At Least 3 years of business development and sales experience in the 3PL supply chain / logistics industry. * Strong understanding of the 3PL logistics industry, including marketing trends and competitor landscape. * Proven ability to identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities. * Experience in problem solving within a logistics context.
