Outside Sales Representative (100% Commission Position) National Fire Protection, Inc. has been in business for over 30 years providing fire protection service in District of Columbia, Maryland and Virginia. We are seeking dynamic and motivated outside sales representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a drive to meet and exceed sales targets. The primary responsibility involves selling fire protection products as well as services to residential and commercial customers. Responsibilities - Conduct direct sales activities to drive revenue growth - Manage a territory effectively to maximize sales opportunities - Develop and maintain strong customer relationships - Collaborate with the business development team to identify new market opportunities - Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process - Achieve monthly sales goals - Drive long hours within DC, Maryland and Virginia Experience - Must have experience in outdoor sales and cold calling - Ability to manage territories effectively - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Prior experience in customer service is advantageous Qualifications - Strong negotiation and communication skills - Proven track record in sales and customer service - Valid driver's license and vehicle insurance for outdoor sales activities - Ability to analyze sales data and conduct product demos - Ability to pass background screening and drug test Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary Pay: $40,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year Benefits: * Flexible schedule License/Certification: * Driver's License (Required) Work Location: On the road
