Senior FBO Account Executive (Business Aviation) Location: San Diego, CA (Remote - managing CA portfolio for bulk fuel) Join World Fuel and help power the future of Business Aviation. We're looking for a dynamic Sr. FBO Account Executive to lead our California portfolio, driving growth and delivering exceptional value to our customers in the bulk fuel and aviation sectors. Compensation: $105k salary plus 25% target bonus What You'll Do * Manage and grow a portfolio of business aviation customers across CA and HI. * Lead competitive negotiations, pricing strategies, and account development to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction. * Translate complex supply chain and pricing dynamics into clear, actionable guidance for customers and internal sales teams. * Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders, ensuring seamless execution and long-term partnerships. * Represent World Fuel at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings. What We're Looking For * Experience: 8-10 years in bulk fuel, aviation fuel supply, or business aviation sales with direct customer-facing responsibility. * Sales & Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of aviation fuel supply chain fundamentals, index-based pricing, terminal sourcing, haul logistics, and competitive positioning. * Skills: Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to coach and guide teams with a positive, constructive approach. * Technical: Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce), Microsoft Office Suite, and familiarity with AI tools. * Travel: Willingness to travel extensively across regions for customer visits, trade shows, and team development.
