We're looking for a Sales Representative who can take the lead on all incoming inquiries, generate new leads, and close deals with confidence. Key Responsibilities
:
- Lead and manage the sales team to meet and exceed targets
- Handle all incoming leads via Buildertrend , and generate new business
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with market trends
- Identify new opportunities through research, outreach, and industry networking
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term satisfaction
- Negotiate contracts and close profitable deals
- Monitor sales KPIs and report progress to senior leadership
- Collaborate with marketing to develop compelling sales materials
- Mentor, train, and support sales team members to drive growth and performance
Qualifications
:
- Proven experience in outside sales--experience in modular housing, real estate, or construction is a plus
- Strong leadership with the ability to inspire and guide a diverse team
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Understanding of business development and customer experience best practices
- Ability to analyze trends and adapt strategies
- Proficient in CRM software , ideally Buildertrend
