My Roof Hero STL is looking for 3 proven roofing sales leaders, not beginners and not "almost there" reps. This is a performance role with leadership upside. You will be expected to produce, lead, and raise the bar -- immediately. What you 'll be doing (no fluff):

• Selling residential roofing & storm restoration (insurance + retail)
• Running inspections, presenting solutions, and closing deals
• Producing in the field while building a team under you
• Recruiting, training, and coaching reps who want to win
• Being accountable for results -- yours and your team's Role structure: About 50% personal production About 50% leadership and team development If you can't sell, you won't lead. Period.

Compensation

(read carefully):

• $1,500-$2,000 per roof on average
• $90,000-$150,000+ realistic annual earnings
• Leadership income increases only if your team performs
