We are expanding into the Madison, Wisconsin market and seeking motivated, high-performing In-Home Design Consultants to join our award-winning sales organization. Top Design Consultants earn $250,000-$350,000+ annually through our uncapped bonus and commission structure. What Our Basement Design Consultants Do Measure and design a fully custom basement layout. Offer curated material selections aligned with the homeowner's vision and budget. Build and present a detailed, transparent proposal during the appointment. Earn the customer's business by being the best fit for their project--not through high-pressure tactics. This is not a "churn and burn" sales environment. This role does not require prospecting or cold outreach. All Design Consultants receive pre-set, high- intent appointments from homeowners who have already selected Matrix as their preferred partner. Our top performers earn owner-level income through exceptional professionalism and accountability.
