Duties and Responsibilities * Identify new business opportunities by tapping into potential customer networks and closely analyzing market trends. * Develop and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring a smooth sales process from initial contact through to sealing deals. * Conduct on-site or virtual presentations to educate prospective clients on our services, emphasizing the value and quality of our solutions. * Navigate through customer needs to suggest appropriate products and services, providing a consultative and strategic sales approach. * Prepare detailed proposals and quotes that align with customer needs, budgetary constraints, and company sales targets. * Coordinate with other departments within Almco Plumbing to ensure client service requirements are met with timeliness and efficiency. * Provide follow-up activities with potential clients to close sales and build lasting professional relationships focused on future service opportunities. * Participate in trade shows, workshops, and seminars to stay updated on industry trends and to enhance the company's visibility in the market. * Document and report on sales activities and results for senior management, providing insights into customer needs and competitive positioning. * Maintain a high level of expertise regarding the state of the market as well as trends that can affect sales in the sewer, drain, and epoxy lining sectors.
