Duties and Responsibilities * Implement sales objective/forecasts, budget and expense models in an effort to secure new accounts and retain and grow current accounts. * Identify and respond to customer opportunities and business referrals in order to receive RFQs. * Develop proposals and quotations for new products parts and services. Define scope of services and terms of sale. Use estimates of materials, labor, tooling and equipment from purchasing and manufacturing departments. * Organize and follow-up on proposals and quotes. Negotiate key contracts. * Secure orders for product parts and services. * Secure orders for sale of obsolete/excessive inventory back to customer. * Make frequent contact and periodic visits with key customer personnel, explore specific needs and resolve problems. Maintain and improve the customer account relationships and perceptions. * Coordinate with internal and external resources to develop and achieve customer project schedules and goals. * Provide clear and effective written and/or verbal communication amongst the various external and internal resources and departments. Products/Services: Electronic, Electromechanical and Mechanical Design, Development and Manufacturing, Surface Mount and Thru-hole Printed Circuit Board Assembly. Complete System Manufacturing including Box Build and Finished Product. Requirements: * 0 to 2 years experience in electronics sales or other technical with a manufacturing company. * Bachelor's degree (B.A.) preferred, or 1 to 2 years work experience required. * Intermediate or above proficiency in ERP, Excel and Word Software * Experience with online selling including advertising, posting and blogging. * Ability to recognize and solve complex technical and/or supply chain problems * Negotiating, influencing, facilitating, networking and interpersonal skills * Ability to think creatively and organize effectively * Sense of urgency and enthusiasm Hours of Operation: 7:30 a.m. -*5: 00 p.m. Salary: TBD (Depending on Experience; Bi-weekly pay).
