Job Overview: We are seeking a go-getter, detail-oriented Sales Representative to join our team. The crucial role will support our sales team to ensure leads and proposals are followed-up, SalesForce is monitored to-the-minute and correctly updated, and a clear pride of authorship is conveyed in the activities performed every day. Ideally, the Sales Administrator position is designed to train and groom the successful candidate for an outside sales professional role in the future. Duties: - Assist the sales team with administrative tasks such as preparing sales proposals, contracts, and presentation drawings for elevators and lifts, uploaded and updated into SalesForce. - Coordinate sales-related activities including outbound call appointment generation, confirmation, and follow-up. The successful candidate should have a desire to outbound call and generate appointments with builders and contractors for our elevator sales professionals. - Most importantly: Communicate with open leads and existing prospects through both phone and email to assist in maintaining a sense of urgency and truly accurate close dates in SalesForce. - Coordinate Planned Maintenance Agreement (PMA) sales for past and current installed customers. - Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth information transition and a seamless customer experience all the way through installation. - Support the sales team in achieving targets by providing administrative assistance as needed. This role is eligible for commission payments on sales that are closed both for new installations and PMA sales. Requirements: - Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role. - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). - Familiarity with SalesForce CRM is a plus. - Knowledge of retail math is preferred.
