The iLOQ Solutions Executive is a senior-level sales role responsible for closing new commercial clients and nurturing long-term relationships. This person is a true hunter and gatherer -- a confident closer with autonomy to negotiate pricing and drive profitable growth. As Access Pro expands nationally with iLOQ, this position is critical to achieving revenue goals and delivering best-in-class client experiences. Core Responsibilities Close qualified opportunities generated through setters, marketing, and canvassing. Manage the full sales process -- discovery, proposal, negotiation, and handoff to installation. Maintain and expand client relationships post-installation for renewals and upsells. Develop strategic partnerships with locksmiths, integrators, and property management companies. Accurately maintain CRM pipeline and provide weekly forecast reporting. Key Competencies Proven experience in B2B technology or building systems sales. Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills. Entrepreneurial mindset with discipline in follow-up and territory management. Experience selling to decision-makers in commercial and HOA verticals. Data-driven approach with CRM and reporting proficiency.
