Be the Backbone of Our Sales Success! Are you organized, customer-oriented, and ready to make an impact? We're looking for a Sales Support team member to keep our Sales/Design crew running smoothly. If you're a behind-the-scenes superstar who loves making things happen--from coordinating client visits to crafting custom designs--this role is for you. What You'll Do: * Ensure safety-first thinking during customer visits to our facility * Provide top-notch administrative support for our Sales and Design team * Enter and manage orders using Moraware software * Create or revise 20/20 design layouts for customer orders * Build job estimates with precision and efficiency * Meet with customers to guide cabinet, countertop, and accessory selections * Keep customers in the loop--clear communication is key * Collaborate with vendors to resolve issues and elevate service * Help our team hit sales plan goals through dependable support * Daily Office Presence in the Crestview location is required * Who You Are: * A proactive problem-solver with a keen eye for detail * Comfortable juggling multiple tasks while keeping customers happy * Tech-savvy with knowledge of Moraware and 20/20 design (or willing to learn!) * Ready to be the glue that holds a high-performing team together Join a workplace where your contributions truly matter.
