Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for prospective members, helping them understand the benefits of our gym and encouraging them to join. This position offers a fantastic opportunity for rapid advancement, with the potential to be promoted to Assistant General Manager within three-six months. Key Responsibilities: * Make 40-50 Calls per day to prospective members * Schedule 4-6 appointments daily with potential clients * Conduct 2-5 gym tours each day, showcasing our facilities and services * Close an average of 1-2 deals per day, meeting or exceeding sales targets * Actively go out into the community to market LA Fitness, generating 10-15 new leads per day * Maintain accurate records of all interactions with prospects and members in our CRM system * Participate in regular training sessions and team meetings Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent, is preferred * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong organizational and time management abilities * Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed and advance within the company * Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required. * Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
