Catering Sales Manager - Hilton Arlington Rosslyn The Key Be part of something new. Hilton Arlington Rosslyn - The Key has just opened its doors, bringing fresh energy and world-class hospitality to the heart of Rosslyn. Our newly built property features 331 guest rooms, 30,000 sq. ft. of event and meeting space, a lobby bar, a grab-and-go market proudly serving Starbucks coffee, and a third-party restaurant on-site. We're seeking a Catering Sales Manager with the creativity, drive, and attention to detail to deliver unforgettable events and maximize catering revenue. In this role, you will partner closely with clients to design exceptional meetings, weddings, and social gatherings while ensuring seamless execution through collaboration with our operations team. What You 'll Do: * Prospect, negotiate, and secure catering business across corporate, association, social, and government segments. * Develop customized proposals, menus, and event plans that exceed client expectations. * Build strong relationships with planners, vendors, and community partners to position The Key as the preferred venue in Arlington and the greater DC area. * Work hand-in-hand with the banquet and culinary teams to ensure flawless event delivery. * Contribute to catering sales strategies that drive revenue and repeat business. What We 're Looking For: * Proven success in catering or event sales, preferably in a hotel or large event venue. * Strong knowledge of banquet operations, F&B, and event planning. * Excellent negotiation, presentation, and organizational skills. * Ability to manage multiple events and client needs in a fast-paced environment. * Passion for hospitality and a commitment to Hilton's service standards.
