We are growing and looking for an Inside Sales Representative who is:

• Knowledgeable about electrical parts
• Confident on the phone

What You'll Do

• Manage and grow sales of in-stock electrical equipment: breakers, panels, switchgear, and related materials
• Help customers find the right obsolete or specialty part for their job
• Build lasting relationships with contractors, electricians, and industrial clients
• Make warm and cold calls to generate new opportunities
• Identify and execute up-sell and cross-sell opportunities
• Understand competitive products and pricing to position our solutions effectively
• Work closely with operations to ensure accurate orders and exceptional service
• Keep customer records, quotes, and follow-ups organized and precise Who Thrives in This Role
• Someone who enjoys building relationships, communicating clearly, and connecting with customers
• A person who is detail-oriented, thorough, and comfortable working with technical information
• Someone who is proactive, competitive, and motivated to take initiative and close deals What We're Looking For
• Working knowledge of electrical equipment, breakers, and basic electrical systems
• Strong phone sales and customer service skills
• Organized, dependable, punctual, and able to manage multiple customer requests
• Positive, team-oriented attitude
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel (Shopify a plus) What We Offer
• $20-$30/hr + monthly commission (Total earnings $40,000-$70,000+)
• Full-time schedule, Monday-Friday, 8:00-4:00 -- no nights, weekends, or travel
• Paid major holidays off
