Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative (Recruiter) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective negotiation and relationship-building with clients. This role requires a strong understanding of B2C sales and customer service, along with proficiency in CRM software such as Mindbody. Responsibilities * Conduct outbound calls to potential clients, utilizing warm calling techniques to generate interest and leads. * Engage in telemarketing efforts to promote our services effectively. * Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through exceptional customer service and follow-up communications. * Utilize negotiation skills to close deals and achieve sales targets. * Collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies for business development initiatives. * Provide technical sales support by understanding product specifications and addressing client inquiries. * Document all interactions with clients in the CRM software to ensure accurate tracking of sales activities. * Participate in regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques. Requirements * Proven experience in inside sales or B2C sales, preferably within the fitness sector. * Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful deal closures. * Familiarity with telemarketing practices and warm calling strategies. * Proficient in using CRM software, particularly Mindbody & Gym Profit Solutions (GPS), for managing customer relationships and sales pipelines. * Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences. * A background in customer service is highly desirable, showcasing an ability to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions. * Demonstrated ability in business development, including identifying new opportunities for growth within existing accounts or new leads.
