Hi! We're looking for driven people with or without sales experience to help us grow and scale our current Million dollar business! the job itself is pretty simple, it consist of going door to door selling pest control! With the correct training and mentorship we'll be able to have you banking in anywhere from 2,000 to 10,000 dollars plus each month!:) there's no limit to how much you make This is a seasonal job that pays year round! * Work Schedule: - April-August(Mandatory) can work more if you want to - Weekly schedule(Mandatory) can work more if you want to - Mon-Friday: 11am-9pm, Sat: 10am-4pm. * Location - You would have to relocate to where our organization will be operating in this upcoming sales season which would be either Greensboro and/or Raleigh, NC. We do assist with housing setup so there's nothing you have to pay upfront, you just have to show up!:) * Pay - Pay is 100% commission Based, thats why we have high volume sellers to give you proper resources/training you need to go out and close deals! - there's no cap on how much you make, our top earner this past sales season banked in 250K take home in 5 work months! - Rookies Typically earn anywhere between 25K-50K their first summer in door to door sales. With some top rookies earning anywhere between 50K-150K+ -We have our pay system setup to where you get paid a small commission weekly on every Friday. Once your customers start making monthly payments you then start getting paid a monthly residual check that is active for as long as your customers are making payments! - Month after month, year after year. your monthly residual will start off small at first but will grow rapidly with the more customers you get! Every month, your residual staggers on top of the last month! - Example 1(Using a ACV of $500 + our rookie pay scale): You Service 30 accounts your first month, 50 accounts your second month, 60 your third month and 75 your fourth month. First Monthly Residual: $187.5 Second Monthly Residual: $500 Third Monthly Residual: $875 Fourth Monthly Residual: $1343.75 This is on top of what you're already getting paid weekly^ - Example 2: If your customer is active for 5 years then you'll get paid on that customer for 5 years. Every Month! So imagine 5 years of generating sales that stagger on top of each other!!
