Join our growing team as a Security Systems Account Executive and help businesses across Illinois protect their people and assets with state-of- the-art physical security solutions. In this role, you'll work directly with businesses to provide custom-designed systems including surveillance cameras, alarms, access control, and integrated security technologies. Responsibilities of a successful Security Systems Sales Representative include: * Serving clients (B2B) by selling Physical Security Solutions; including security cameras, alarms, access control, sensors, and more. * Finding and establishing new accounts * Servicing existing accounts, as assigned * Providing tailored security solutions that meet the needs of clients and prospects by: * Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders to understand their security needs * Conducting site assessments with Security Solutions Engineering Team * Collaborating with Security Solutions Engineering Team to design and scale security systems that meet client and prospect requirements * Preparing sales presentations * Keeping management informed by submitting regular reports * Maintaining accurate sales funnel forecasts * Maintaining CRM and customer databases, ensuring they are up to date * Gaining a deep understanding of our Physical Security Solutions, including access control systems, surveillance equipment, alarms, and integrated security technologies * Maintain industry knowledge by attending workshops, reviewing publications, and establishing business networks * Attends trade shows and takes required learning courses Qualities of a successful Sales Agent: * Confident * Reliable * Sharp attention to detail and documentation * Desire to learn and grow in a competitive market * Collaborative * Organized * Flexible * Results-oriented mindset * Willingness to attend business networking and Chamber of Commerce events, sometimes before and after the work day. * Willingness to travel throughout Illinois, as needed.
