Inside Sales & Customer Service Representative Location: Twin Cities, MN Schedule: Monday -Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Reports to: Customer Service Lead About Us Reid Lifting is a global leader in innovative, lightweight, and portable lifting and access solutions. Our products improve safety and productivity every day. We 're expanding our U.S. team and looking for a motivated professional to join our team and help us continue to grow. Role Overview *This hybrid role combines inside sales support with customer service excellence. You 'll assist with inside sales activities, including quoting, follow-ups, and supporting regional sales initiatives. You'll be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring they receive accurate product guidance, timely quote and order updates, and exceptional service. Key Responsibilities * Provide first-class inside sales support and customer service via phone, email, and CRM. * Support regional sales efforts and reseller relationships. * Understand technical aspects of Reid 's product range to advise customers. * Prepare and follow up on quotes; maintain CRM records. * Process orders accurately and coordinate timely acknowledgements. * Communicate with key contacts and resolve issues promptly. * Liaise with UK headquarters for non-standard items and inquiries. * Contribute to U.S. growth strategy and report on performance metrics. Qualifications * Previous experience in customer service or inside sales, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting and/or 2 year or 4 year degree. * Strong communication skills (written and verbal). * Ability to learn technical product details and provide accurate guidance. * Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office. * Self-starter with strong organizational skills and attention to detail. * Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
