Phone Sales Representative (Inbound Calls Only) - Onsite Location: 2100 SE Hillmoor Drive, Suite 204B, Port St. Lucie, FL 34952 (Onsite only - Not Remote) Schedule: Monday-Friday | 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Compensation

: Base pay + 30% commission + daily and weekly bonuses Average Earnings: $1,200 - $2,000+ per week

Job Summary

Chompify Marketing is expanding and opening a second office in Port St. Lucie. We are hiring for a small group of inbound phone sales representatives to join our established sales operation. This is not a typical call center role. All calls are inbound from small and medium-sized business owners who have already expressed interest in our services. No cold calling. Phone interviews will begin immediately. In-person interviews will be conducted January 26 -30, 2026, with a targeted start date of February 2, 2026.

Compensation

• Base pay + 30% commission

• Spiffs and performance incentives
• Average earnings: $1,200 - $2,000+ per week

Requirements

• Phone sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
• Comfortable working with multiple browser tabs, dual monitors, and CRM software
• Clear speaking voice and ability to follow scripts and rebuttals
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and coachability
• Competitive mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Applicants must demonstrate basic to intermediate computer skills during the interview process Job

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from small and medium-sized business owners
• Follow company scripts and rebuttals to close sales
• Enter customer information and payments into CRM system
• Provide professional customer service and support
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activity
