SEASONAL*Sales Associates PART TIME Bradenton, FL (Manatee Ave Location) Seasonal Employment: 10/13/25 - 4/10/26 Availability for the full season is preferred, but not required Our family-owned business has been providing career opportunities and adding economic value to our local economy since 1958. Sales Associates * Greet and serve customers in Sunshine ACE Hardware departments. * Demonstrate Sunshine Ace's legendary customer service. * Offer friendly advice, guidance and product information. * Guide customers to the location of the products within the store. * Maintain your assigned department while assisting other departments as needed. * Work alongside your retail team, promote best practices, contribute towards daily sales and maintain high standards of department and store appearance. About You * Able to communicate professionally with customers and team members * Skilled at providing prompt, friendly and attentive customer service * Willing to learn on the job and complete web-based training. * Ability to exert moderate, though not constant, physical effort - typically involving some combination of climbing and balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching and crawling. * Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time. * Requires the ability to reach, bend, balance, lift and transport various objects weighing up to 40 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift. Requires the ability to move heavier objects with assistance.
