Location: Fully Remote (Charleston, SC) Reports to: Business Owner Hours: 35 hours/week Compensation: $22.50/hour + medical allowance Benefits: 15 days PTO + paid holidays About Herschel Infrared Herschel Infrared is a growing provider of premium electric infrared heating solutions for residential, commercial, and wellness applications across North America. As part of a global organization, we combine innovative technology with a customer-first mindset to deliver efficient, design-led heating systems. The Role As an Inside Sales Support Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers and partners across North America. You will manage inbound enquiries, support customer follow-up through the sales process, and ensure excellent post-sale customer care. Key Responsibilities - Respond to inbound enquiries via email, phone, and CRM - Support sales follow-up and quotations - Manage tickets via Zendesk - Support post-sale customer care - Support Marketing activities to increase brand exposure - Help refine processes and documentation - Support Shipping and Warehouse functions from Europe and US.
