JOB SUMMARY: As a Territory Representative, you will be supporting the development of business activities in a defined territory. You will be exploring sales growth opportunities and sales development to our current partners as well as cultivating new relationships. In this position, after successfully completing our 2-week product & territory management training and level-assessment program, you will visit assigned customers on a regular basis to promote products, relate new product information, and receive feedback on our company's products and services. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: * Proactively identify and cultivate new sales opportunities to drive revenue growth and increase market share of Hiossen products * Execute daily outbound calls, client visits, and follow-up activities to meet or exceed assigned sales quotas and objectives * Develop and implement strategic sales activity plans tailored to maximize results within your assigned territory * Conduct in-person visits to a minimum of six dental offices each day to build strong relationships and support customer needs * Deliver exceptional service to maintain high levels of client satisfaction and ensure ongoing customer loyalty * Support branch sales initiatives by maintaining high standards of service quality and identifying cross selling opportunities * Actively recruit dentists and dental professionals for Hiossen educational seminars, ensuring robust attendance and engagement * Collaborate with internal departments to follow up on and assist with the collection of outstanding accounts receivables * Participate in and successfully complete Hiossen's comprehensive product training programs, gaining expertise in product offerings, technical knowledge, and company sales procedures and techniques JOB REQUIREMENTS: * Must have at least (3) years of successful experience as a direct sales representative * Prior experience in the dental implant or medical devices field is preferred * Demonstrated ability to manage a territory of similar size and scope * Completion of formalized sales training course(s) preferred * Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record * Must have the ability to travel within your assigned territory * Must have basic computer skills PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: * Prolonged periods of sitting, walking, and standing at customer's office and other meeting locations * Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times * Must be able to drive COMPENSATION & BENEFITS: * Base Salary: $60,000-$70,000 * Uncapped Commission * $230 Biweekly Car Allowance & Gas Card * $40 Biweekly Cellular Allowance or a company-provided cellphone * Medical and Dental insurance * Vision,100% Company sponsored * Basic Life Insurance and AD&D, 100% Company sponsored * Short Term and Long Term Disability Insurance, 100% Company sponsored * 401(k) plan with a company match up to 5% * PTO (15 days for first year-[6 days paid vacation,9 sick days]);(20 days for second year) * Birthday PTO * 11 Paid Holidays per year ABOUT COMPANY Hiossen, established by its parent company Osstem in 2006 in Pennsylvania, USA, saw its evolution into Hiossen Implant by 2007 in NJ.
