We are seeking an Outside Sales Representative to help grow relationships, develop new opportunities, and expand Green Clean's mission to help community members during challenging moments and delivering exceptional outcomes. Position Overview This role focuses on building and maintaining strong relationships with key referral partners in the plumbing and property management industries , while supporting strategic growth initiatives. The Outside Sales Representative serves as a liaison between contacts and company field associates to ensure a seamless, positive client experience and outstanding service delivery. Key Responsibilities * Network, develop, and maintain relationships within target markets * Identify and engage decision-makers using proven lead generation strategies * Act as a liaison between clients, referral partners, and company field associates * Attend networking events and industry functions to create new business opportunities * Manage, nurture, and close leads using our Green Team process and CRM (Luxor) system * Conduct professional conversations in-person and over the phone * Participate in Green Team strategic business planning and training efforts to win new business * Identify opportunities to exceed client expectations and add value Qualifications * Valid driver's license with a clean driving record * Self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset with a desire to succeed at Green Clean * Prior experience in outside sales (experience in Plumbing or Property Management is strongly preferred) * Ability to work independently while collaborating with Green Clean teams * Strong communication and relationship-building skills * Willingness and ability to travel throughout the Twin Cities metro area * Commitment to reliability, professionalism, and a strong work ethic Desired Qualifications * Prior work experience or industry knowledge in plumbing or property management * Familiarity working with property managers, building owners, or service-based industries Compensation * Competitive base pay plus commission ($50,000 - $150,000) * Company vehicle and cell phone provided * Active expense account * Ability to create and manage a flexible, efficient daily schedule * Strong operations and support team to deliver on client commitments * Clear internal communication and collaboration * Meaningful work helping community members during property damage situations Benefits * 401(k), company match and retirement plan * Health, dental, and vision insurance * Paid time off * Mileage and travel reimbursement * Hybrid (flexible) Schedule * Monday to Friday * In-person weekly team meetings * Evenings and weekends as needed Job Type: Full-time Pay: $50,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Cell phone reimbursement * Company car * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Health savings account * Paid training * Professional development assistance * Travel reimbursement Work Location: On the road
