As the Sales Manager, you'll be an essential member of our leadership team, driving growth, fostering innovation, and building a culture of excellence. You'll be responsible for developing and implementing key sales strategies, leading a high-performing sales team, and nurturing valuable customer relationships. Your role will involve setting and achieving ambitious sales targets, identifying new business opportunities, and forging strategic partnerships to expand our presence in the market. Key Responsibilities: * Develop and implement growth-oriented sales strategies, tactics, and action plans. * Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure strategies and financial targets. * Build and maintain value-based relationships with customers, staying abreast of industry trends. * Lead, motivate, and support the sales team to achieve sales goals. * Collaborate with the production team to ensure accurate delivery schedules and forecasts. * Identify and develop new business opportunities and strategic partnerships. * Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities. * Evaluate operational issues within the sales department and propose solutions. * Assist in the development/ execution of marketing campaigns and budgets for new products and services. * Screen potential business deals and enhance organizational reputation through effective communication. * Stay updated on industry trends and participate in professional development activities. * Assist in recruitment, orientation, and onboarding of new employees. * Develop regional sales areas and teams based on sales goals. * Plan and participate in events highlighting corporate services/products. Must-Have Requirements: * 5 years of leadership experience in B2B sales A MUST * Proven track record of implementing strategic initiatives and operational decisions. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills. * Exceptional listening, negotiation, and presentation skills. * Ability to prioritize tasks and work within changing priorities with enthusiasm. * Experience with CRM, ERP, and marketing programs. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft systems. * Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close. * Ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services.
