Pay: $180,000 - $300,000+ per year (OTE) Experienced Solar Closers - Pre-Set In-Home Appointments This role is for experienced residential solar closers only in the St. Petersburg area. You'll work with pre-set, qualified appointments daily -- no canvassing, no cold calling. About the Role

We are an established solar company expanding in the St. Petersburg area. Our in-house appointment setting team books qualified homeowners daily, and we're adding 2 -3 senior closers to support demand. This is a true closing role -- no door knocking, no cold calling, no setter duties. What We Provide

• Run in-home appointments with pre-qualified homeowners

• Follow a proven in-home sales process

Requirements

• 2+ years of in-home residential solar closing experience required
• Proven ability to close high-ticket solar sales
• Strong communication and rapport-building skills
